About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Growth Strategist to develop and execute plans that drive revenue growth and expand our market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and team leadership.


Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Marketing Execution: Manage lead generation activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and inform product development.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and growth metrics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Benefits

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus health insurance, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
