Sales Growth Strategist

SBL Knowledge Services is seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to spearhead our sales efforts. This role involves cultivating relationships with prospective clients, maintaining consistent contact with existing ones, and driving the sales pipeline forward.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to establish a competitive advantage.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with 1+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of success in full sales cycles, including deal closing.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
