We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to drive sales expansion in our rapidly growing construction services marketplace.

About the Role:

  • Maximizing Sales Performance: Oversee all sales activities within assigned territories to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead Management: Actively seek out new sales leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to develop smart and efficient processes, enhancing the overall customer experience and streamlining operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Craft robust sales strategies that align with organizational goals and adapt them as needed based on market dynamics to ensure sustained success.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction/Real Estate industry.
  • Experience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
