Job Title: Sales Growth Strategist

Overview: BigCity Promotions is a dynamic sales promotions company seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (inclusive of all benefits)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. This is a B2B Inside Sales role that requires excellent communication and research skills, as well as a keen understanding of marketing strategies and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and prospecting to identify new business opportunities in the Region assigned
  • Setting up meetings with new clients and generating new leads
  • Cold calling and regular interactions with potential clients
  • Email marketing and follow-up on leads
  • Answering customer queries and sending additional information when required
  • Maintaining a strong sales funnel and developing key customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and research skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales acumen
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Prior experience of working in a team environment
  • Good contacts with Brand and Marketing Managers and Decision Makers in sectors like Retail, Telecom, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Banking and others
