We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our Enterprise Software Solution Lab team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers, maintaining accurate records of sales leads and customer accounts, and representing the brand during customer and prospect interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer accounts to ensure seamless communication and sales follow-up
  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions to promote our products and services
  • Educate customers on how our products or services can benefit them, and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor the competition, new products, and market requirements to stay ahead in the industry
  • Follow up on business leads and referrals to ensure conversion and growth
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate should be proficient in Tamil and Malayalam languages, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture
  • Must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales situations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Team player with good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 0-36 months of sales experience
