Job Title: Revenue Growth Strategist

Infinity Learn is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to oversee the optimization of our revenue streams and effectively manage our lead generation and conversion processes.

This role is a critical bridge connecting sales, marketing, and management, driving revenue through visibility, feedback loops, and actionable insights across departments.

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across all Infinity Learn products and services.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to set optimal pricing strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse revenue streams, identifying opportunities for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded within the allocated resources.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 engineering or MBA college is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medium to large-scale B2C business.
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing complex data and sharing insights with senior management.
  • Experience working with inside sales teams.
  • 1+ years of consulting experience.
