Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad
Job Summary:
Nexii IT Labs pvt ltd is seeking a skilled Commercial Growth Strategist to drive business development and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of bringing new clients to the company, and a deep understanding of market research and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate agreements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and resource allocation.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
