Job Description

A successful Sales Growth Strategist at Dpr Enterprises will manage the entire sales process, overseeing sales plans and performance to achieve expected growth. They will develop strategies to drive revenue expansion, evaluate team performance, and lead sales teams across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers to boost sales and revenue
  • Establishing and meeting sales targets to enhance income
  • Optimizing sales processes for efficiency
  • Identifying sales opportunities through thorough consumer research
  • Developing effective territory sales and marketing strategies
  • Analyzing data to identify the most effective sales techniques
  • Presenting products and services to potential customers to foster new business
  • Participating in industry events to build long-term customer relationships
  • Providing training on sales techniques and company product attributes
  • Evaluating sales performance based on established KPIs
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the Oil and Gas industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas market trends and customer needs
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
