We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Quess Corp Limited. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities and driving growth across targeted sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy

  • Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients in BFSI, Technology, and Insurance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries to foster trust and facilitate business growth.

Market Analysis and Research

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients, ensuring the sales team has a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion rates, providing regular reports to senior management.

Sales Team Support and Enablement

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and support them in converting leads into opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with training and resources related to lead generation tactics and best practices, enabling them to maximize their effectiveness.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and a dynamic work environment.
