About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts in the Southern region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence for our CAE solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets;">
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Manufacturing sectors;">
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate sales to meet targets;">
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer support and satisfaction;">
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to management.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in CAE sales (ANSYS, SolidWorks) or similar;">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA is preferred;">
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.">

Salary Range

">

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
