Job Title: Academic Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Academic Sales Strategist to join our team. As an Academic Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with learners, parents, and academic institutions.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for outreach to potential learners and parents to understand their needs and aspirations, counsel them accordingly, and enrol them in Infinity Learn programs based on their needs.
  • You will engage with learners, students, academic institutions, and internal teams to drive business goals.
  • This is an individual contributor role with the inside sales team of 'Infinity Schools' business division.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Learner acquisition: Work with a given set of leads from partner schools. Reach out to learners and parents, understand their needs and aspirations, counsel and enrol them in Infinity Learn programs.
  2. Counselling activity coordination: Plan and coordinate with the learner acquisition team, B2B sales team, marketing team, and partner school stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of counselling activities.
  3. Customer satisfaction: Be transparent in sharing the feedback of the customers internally and proactively resolve problems and queries on time.
  4. Documentation: Complete the enrolment documentation, and collection of fee dues as per company policy.
  5. Reporting: Keep all reporting formats, CRM, documentation, etc. updated on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A graduate from any stream.
  • 1-5 years of B2C selling experience.
  • B2B2C experience (e.g., acquiring learners through tie-ups with schools) will be preferred though it is not mandatory.

Skills

  • Ability to sell a concept in a B2C and/or B2B2C environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Process orientation - Should follow the process and ensure enrolments and other activities are planned and executed as per defined processes.
  • Problem-solving skills - Should be able to identify roadblocks and find ways to navigate them.
  • Planning - Should be able to make daily, weekly, and monthly plans to achieve business goals.
  • Interpersonal skills and communication - Excellent communication and ability to build rapport and communicate concepts and company policies in a polite, persuasive, and assertive manner.
  • Should be fluent in Hindi and English. Fluency in one regional language (Tamil, Kannada, Marathi) will be preferable.
  • Presentation skills - Should be able to present concepts, and product demos to customers in a persuasive manner.

Salary: ₹ 8 lakhs - ₹ 10 lakhs per annum
