Job Title: Regional Sales Strategist

A Senior Role Awaits at KAIZENAT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Strategist to join our team in the Southern region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence for our CAE software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate sales to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer support and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum. Experience: 8+ years in CAE sales (ANSYS, SolidWorks) or similar. Education: Bachelor's in Engineering; MBA preferred. Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
