Job Description

We are seeking an Expansion and Growth Strategist for a full-time remote position. This entry-level role welcomes freshers to apply. The position is open in multiple locations including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai. The role focuses on expanding our market presence and enhancing client relationships to drive business growth and success.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, promoting our services and solutions to drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform business strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client demands and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring beneficial agreements for both parties.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to refine and enhance business strategies.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and expand professional connections.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals, with familiarity in technology sales being an advantage.
  • Market Research: Proficiency in researching industry trends and identifying new business opportunities to inform strategic planning.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in developing and maintaining strong client relationships to facilitate long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively, achieving mutually beneficial agreements and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
  • Strategic Planning: Competence in setting goals and developing strategies for growth that align with company objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
