We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about contributing to a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define new initiatives that drive business growth and expansion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with cross-functional teams to develop program plans for new initiatives, including scope, deliverables, resources, timeline, and budget
  • Performing robust analysis to define the thesis for business expansion and developing actionable insights
  • Collaborating with business leaders across TMRW to drive initiatives and resolve challenges
  • Driving governance cadence and regular business planning, goal setting, and review sessions

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier institution
  • Experience working with a top-tier consulting firm, ideally with a focus on e-commerce/retail/D2C or founder's office/Entrepreneur-in-residence roles for e-commerce/retail/D2C start-ups
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights
