Senior Growth Strategist

The TMRW House of Brands is a dynamic and innovative company that values strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. As a Senior Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth initiatives and working with multiple brands under our umbrella.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about contributing to a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define new initiatives that drive business growth and expansion.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop program plans for new initiatives, including scope, deliverables, resources, timeline, and budget
- Performing robust analysis to define the thesis for business expansion and developing actionable insights
- Collaborating with business leaders across TMRW to drive initiatives and resolve challenges
- Driving governance cadence and regular business planning, goal setting, and review sessions
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier institution
- Experience working with a top-tier consulting firm, ideally with a focus on e-commerce/retail/D2C or founder's office/Entrepreneur-in-residence roles for e-commerce/retail/D2C start-ups
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights
