As a Senior Business Growth Strategist at Astra Source, you will play a key role in driving business expansion and revenue growth. Located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, this full-time position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A successful candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a related field and possess outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. They should also be passionate about business development and stay updated with industry trends.

We are seeking an individual who can identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to attract and onboard clients, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and conduct market research and analysis to identify potential industries and sectors for business growth.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients. Additionally, they should be able to negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.
