About the Role:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead Generation & Management:
  • Research and identify new potential clients and partnerships, and qualify leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets by monitoring and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential threats to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Strong networking skills.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Customer-centric mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  6. Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
  7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
