Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team at CampusStellar. As a Senior Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing innovative strategies to increase revenue. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Your role will involve conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. You will also prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and sales
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve business targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹30-₹60 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
