Senior Account Growth Strategist

Lifesight is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on empowering businesses to leverage data and AI for improved customer acquisition and retention. With a global presence across the US, Singapore, India, Australia, and the UK, we're seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Account Growth Strategist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Working closely with clients, you'll ensure they receive maximum value from our SaaS products. Your ability to build strong relationships and develop strategic account plans will be critical in achieving success.
About the Role- You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align our solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop customized growth plans for each account, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
- Act as a client advocate within the company, ensuring that client feedback is considered and aligned in product development and improvement.
- Strategically negotiate and renew contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a client-facing account management role within ad technology, digital publisher, or media agency environments.
- Experience with programmatic and/or social media ad platforms or ad servers will be essential to succeed in this role.
- Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and associated tasks simultaneously.
- A Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, technology, or scientific discipline preferred.
- Advanced Excel Skills - highly numerate with a good eye for numbers and detail.
