At Grid Dynamics, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Sales and Account Growth Strategist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in India.

The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting, with a proven track record of success in planning, executing, and closing sales deals. They should be able to create and execute strategic sales plans that expand our customer base and extend the company's reach in India.

Key responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, growing long-lasting relationships that address their needs, managing several customer accounts within a business, and helping drive revenue for them. The successful candidate will also ensure each department meets the needs of their clients and customers, handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.
