About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Growth Strategist to join our North America team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic joint business plans with our top-selling partners.

As a Manager, Account Management, you will lead a high-performing team of account managers responsible for managing business growth for some of the most influential selling partners on Amazon. You will work closely with our program teams to ensure selling partner satisfaction through excellent service and operational standards.

Your primary focus will be on the strategic and operational aspects of managing customer relationships with our sellers. This includes leading the team to conceive, create, and analyze marketing and site merchandising efforts to grow sellers' traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon.

You will also be responsible for building relationships with selling partners across the portfolio, proactively building joint business plan action items, and acting as a point of escalation for outstanding issues, questions, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of CSMs, prioritizing strategic initiatives and providing escalation support as needed.
  • Success will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and impact of sellers on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers.
  • Identify, action, and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience, in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar
