We are seeking a seasoned client servicing professional to join our team at 4AM Worldwide as a Global Account Growth Strategist. Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with key clients, driving account growth and retention, and leading new business pitches.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate solid relationships with clients through exceptional after-sales service.
  • Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of existing and potential clients.
  • Inspire repeat business from clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze performance data to offer clients data-driven insights and improve service offerings.
  • Ensure timely receivables and cash flow from clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet deliverables and provide timely updates to clients.

Requirements:
  • At least 8+ years of experience in account management/client services roles.
  • Agency experience is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • A willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
