Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Growth Strategist to excel in creating and closing new opportunities. As a sales expert, you will use a consultative approach to selling, identifying and qualifying leads, and driving sales with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Present Inside Sales progress and updates.
- Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competition.
- Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and persuade others.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-4 years' quota-carrying sales and management experience.
- Sales experience in an ed-tech firm is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and English and Hindi languages.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
