Job Title: Global Sales Expansion Manager

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales expansion efforts in India. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned geographical areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the outdoor retail market, excellent leadership and team management skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to optimize revenue growth and market share.
  • Foster strong relationships with outdoor retailers, distributors, and dealers to expand our brand presence.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team focused on outdoor distribution, providing coaching and support to ensure team success.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian outdoor retail market and its trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
