Job Title:

Global Business Expansion Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Business Expansion Specialist to join our team at Hr Planning Network. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our existing contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing contracts
  • Present products and services to clients to generate revenue growth
  • Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities as per defined customer segments
  • Frequent communication of business reports including sales updates to respective manager
  • Explore cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing environments such as sales, account management or similar roles
  • Prior quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or technology product sales
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent leading KPIs related to customer acquisition and retention
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Social selling skills
  • Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders with varied expectations and objections
