Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced consulting leader to take on the role of Head of Business Expansion and Partnerships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive our growth strategy and own the P&L for the India market.

The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial and passionate about building and scaling client relationships with deep expertise in B2B consultative sales within the digital landscape. In this role, you will leverage your industry connections to drive new business, develop strategic partnerships, and lead high-impact sales initiatives.

  • Develop and implement the India market sales strategy, aligned with the firm's overall growth objectives.
  • Lead consultative sales efforts for our suite of services, including product design, development, analytics, research, and testing, with a focus on high-value engagements.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and account expansion.
  • Owning the P&L for the India region, focusing on profitability and sustained revenue growth.
  • Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning to meet revenue targets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure that client engagements are aligned with budget expectations and profitability goals.
  • Leverage industry relationships and professional networks to open doors with new clients and expand into new verticals within the digital consulting landscape.
  • Engage C-level executives and decision-makers in consultative dialogues to uncover their business challenges and align our offerings with their needs.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations and create value propositions that differentiate our firm in a competitive marketplace.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients by positioning the firm as a trusted advisor and aligning solutions with client goals and desired business outcomes.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness and expand the firm's influence.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, business development, or client advisory roles, preferably within digital product consulting or a top consulting firm (Big 4 experience is a strong plus).
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth, managing large-scale client accounts, and achieving sales targets in a high-value consulting environment.
  • An established network of C-level contacts and decision-makers across sectors relevant to digital product and consulting services.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think strategically and innovate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • P&L ownership experience with a focus on profitability, growth, and financial stewardship.

Salary: ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum
