At Staffing Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director IT Hardware to drive business growth and revenue in the IT hardware sector. This is a key role for someone with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and direct sales. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the IT hardware industry, products, and market trends.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients in the IT hardware space.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients in the IT hardware space.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, and Direct Sales, with a focus on IT Hardware Sales.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT hardware industry, products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
