About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Manager - IT Hardware Specialist at Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the IT hardware sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and direct sales, particularly in the IT hardware sector.

You will be working closely with our internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Focusing on B2B sales, generate leads and acquire new business through direct sales and enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients in the IT hardware space.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
  • Lead sales meetings, product presentations, and product demonstrations to close deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, and Direct Sales, with a focus on IT Hardware Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT hardware industry, products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex sales cycles effectively.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
