Enterprise Sales Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Lead with a strong background in SaaS-based product sales and proven leadership skills to drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
As a mid-level leader, you will play a key role in acquiring and managing enterprise accounts, guiding cross-functional collaboration, and driving business expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity qualification and scoping to product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Drive the acquisition of new enterprise clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing accounts to maximize growth potential.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic recommendations, solving technical challenges, and preparing customized proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Guide and mentor junior sales team members in best practices for client engagement, solution selling, and pipeline management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimize market penetration and achieve team and organizational goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and support teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in forecasts and timely reporting on opportunities and progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales of SaaS-based products, with a track record of leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in solution selling and the ability to cross-sell and upsell within large enterprises.
- Deep understanding of digital products such as SMS platforms and Enterprise Collaboration Suites.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to client needs.
- A proactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional efforts effectively.
