Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proven track record in telesales or a similar role, and strong convincing and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound sales, be able to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline, and be familiar with CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential customers
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospect and pitch our products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in telesales or a similar role
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in outbound sales
  • Familiarity with CRM software
Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum
