At Global Garner Sales Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle and be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages.
- Manage sales pipeline and track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with 1 year of experience in the sales industry.
- Demonstrated sales success, including experience in full sales cycle and deal closing.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
We value candidates with strong communication and presentation skills, as well as experience with CRM software.
