  • Focus on generating business from new customer accounts in banks, small finance banks, NBFCs, and MFIs.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet customer expectations and the organization's ability to deliver.
  • Create and manage a partner network to drive sales effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of financial software, core banking applications, and payment solutions technology.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Established track record of involvement in BFSI industry trade groups and regional events.
  • Excellent people management skills.
