We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead - Strategic Growth to join our team at Simplotel Technlogies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
• Foster strong relationships with hotel executives and decision-makers
• Explore new market opportunities and territories to drive business growth
Requirements:
• 4-7 years of experience in business development with a focus on consultative selling
• MBA from a top school
• Proven success in leading sales teams and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to foster relationships with key decision-makers
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
