Job Title: Regional Sales Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Lead to join our team at IndiaMART Intermesh. As a Regional Sales Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key data of the region allocated, including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, client's work status, and receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams.
  • Identify opportunity and problem areas, prepare the action plan for achieving key sales figures, and present sales reports.
  • Actively drive and ensure sales target achievement, manage sales support functions, and ensure timely work completion of customers.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain respective teams by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs, and communicating with them on a regular basis.
  • Record performance metrics and monitor key parameters to increase the overall productivity of sales personnel.
  • Drive performance with incentive structures and sales promotion schemes.
  • Collect market feedback and provide periodic updates to management for formulation of policy and strategy.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis with the team.
  • Ensure systematic follow-up with client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
  • Ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
  • Conduct performance reviews for the team on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in building channel partners and leading large teams in sales acquisition processes.
  • Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills.
  • Report management/analysis/alignment skills.

Experience and Education:

  • MBA with 4+ years of experience in sales/acquisition/retention.
  • Preference for candidates with team handling experience of 40+ individuals (at least 3 years of experience).
