Job Summary:

Aptech Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our franchisee sales efforts in the assigned region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing business partners, building trust, and driving local sales and marketing activities to achieve revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing business partners to achieve budgeted numbers in booking, billing, and collection.
  • Build business partners' trust by providing timely operational support and guidance.
  • Drive and implement local sales and marketing activities for revenue generation.
  • Track competitors' activities and redesign efforts to counter them.
  • Manage franchisees and generate revenue.
  • Acquire and activate franchisees through prospecting, profiling, appointments, meetings, needs analysis, pitching, closing, processing, and documentation.
  • Support enrollments for franchisees by accompanying them on meetings, providing training and knowledge support, and assisting with their acquisition process.
  • Ensure franchisee quality and compliance parameters by following operational processes, adhering to compliance requirements, and documenting certifications.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in franchisee sales.
  • Graduate or MBA.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with self-motivation and result-driven attitude.
  • Passion for sales and regional local language knowledge.
