Job Overview

The Zonal Head is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth and executing sales strategies within a designated geographic zone or region. This position plays a key role in achieving revenue, market share, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives for the specific region.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales and distribution team, including city master franchise, area managers, and business development team.
  • Ensure that sales per store is achieved and KPIs are met or exceeded within the designated zone or region.
  • Oversee the distribution network and logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products or services to Franchisees.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes through research and analysis.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and development performance, market trends, and regional insights to inform senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the designated region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's or MBA is often preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development leadership roles.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
