Job Description

Talent Corner is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zonal Head to lead our sales team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives for the specific region.
  2. Manage and mentor a high-performing sales and distribution team, including city master franchise, area managers, and business development team.
  3. Ensure that sales per store is achieved and KPIs are met or exceeded within the designated zone or region.
  4. Oversee the distribution network and logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products or services to Franchisees.
  5. Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes through research and analysis.
  6. Prepare regular reports on sales and development performance, market trends, and regional insights to inform senior management.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the designated region.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's or MBA is often preferred).
  2. Proven experience in business development leadership roles.
  3. Excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
