Senior Regional Sales Director

Talent Corner is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zonal Head to lead our sales team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives for the specific region.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales and distribution team, including city master franchise, area managers, and business development team.
- Ensure that sales per store is achieved and KPIs are met or exceeded within the designated zone or region.
- Oversee the distribution network and logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products or services to Franchisees.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes through research and analysis.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and development performance, market trends, and regional insights to inform senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the designated region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's or MBA is often preferred).
- Proven experience in business development leadership roles.
- Excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
