Summary:

Ct is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Head Real Estate Sales with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in successfully onboarding Cat A builders and developers in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the supply-side sales team with a focus on onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies specifically targeting metro cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
  3. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
  4. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges in onboarding.
  5. Collaborate closely with the corporate sales team to ensure seamless integration of supply and demand.
  6. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to the leadership team.
  7. Stay abreast of industry regulations, market conditions, and evolving customer needs.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record with at least 5 years of successful experience in onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  6. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
