Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in the Northern Region.

About the Role: As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand market share in the Northern Region. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, approach potential customers to promote and sell our testing and measuring kits and electrical safety products, and oversee the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share in the Northern Region.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  3. Approach potential customers to promote and sell our testing and measuring kits and electrical safety products.
  4. Oversee the sales team and drive them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  6. Possess an in-depth understanding of our testing and measuring kits and electrical safety products.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the electrical industry or selling to state utilities, coal mines, or private industries.
  • Experience with testing and measuring equipment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification/Training in sales and marketing is a plus.
