Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Lead to join our dynamic team. This role entails developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading sales efforts in key regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive growth and success in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
- Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calls
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives with company goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of Brick & Bolt
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Up to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industry
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Strong team leadership skills with experience in guiding and motivating a sales team
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members
