Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a team of inside sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Monitor Metrics and Analyze Data: Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales growth, and qualify leads to ensure they meet sales targets.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and customers to drive sales growth.
