As a Sales Team Lead at Stencorniche, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs. You will conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. You will set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. You will also ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the company's sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • PUC or any degree
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills

Salary: Upto 4.5 LPA
