Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in acquiring new enterprise clients and driving significant revenue growth for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and manage B2B enterprise clients in the EdTech category.
- Utilize your experience in lead generation and inside sales from software sales background to drive business growth.
- Create a robust sales pipeline by employing effective strategies to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
- Familiarize yourself with performance marketing principles to support lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Operations, Content) to achieve shared goals.
- Experience working with content creators is a valuable asset for this role.
- Demonstrate adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Possess a strong desire for career development and a proactive approach to taking initiative.
- Showcase your ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating within a supportive team environment.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
