Enterprise Sales Growth Strategist

At Graphy Inc., we're seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in acquiring new enterprise clients and driving significant revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will possess proven outbound sales skills, enabling them to confidently engage and convert leads through various channels (phone, email, social media). Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire and manage B2B enterprise clients in EdTech and content creators' categories.
- Generating qualified leads through effective social media outreach across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Fostering strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Implementing account management best practices to foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Gaining a basic understanding of performance marketing principles to support lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Content) to achieve shared goals.
In addition, the successful candidate will have experience working with content creators and be able to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment. A strong desire for career development and a proactive 'go-getter' spirit are essential.
