Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive our New Sales Growth efforts. The role entails working with the Leadership team at MathCo to define and operationalize critical strategies, opening new doors with Global Enterprises and Senior Executives.

Job Responsibilities

As a Business Development Lead, you will lead the Inside sales team to drive Growth in our New Sales Business line.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and aligning GTM strategy with MathCo leadership
  • Leading the inside sales teams to operationalize strategies with impeccable execution
  • Driving measurement and reporting operations to identify key trends and patterns
  • Collaborating with onsite commercial teams, technical solutioning teams, and growth marketing teams to drive alignment
  • Fostering a collaborative environment by mentoring team members, promoting continuous learning, and instilling an innovation culture
  • Identifying potential market opportunities and driving research to capitalize on them
  • Effectively influencing key decision-makers with the advantages stemming from our Data Science solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in driving GTM strategies and teams
  • Ability to program manage multiple growth initiatives
  • Expertise in process design and measurement
  • Ability to set high standards in reporting and revenue management
  • Ability to manage teams and foster growth

Preferred Qualification

  • A master's or bachelor's degree with strong experience in Data and Analytics, AI sales
