Job Summary

The Enterprise Solution Strategist plays a critical role in driving business growth by developing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. About the Role

  • Develop comprehensive solutions for new opportunities and client projects, ensuring timely engagement with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, operations, technology, and finance, to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Craft high-quality proposals and scopes of work that showcase our value proposition.
  • Manage ZOHO data, maintaining accurate information on client interactions and project progress.
  • Provide expert advice on Lender Solutions Group topics, addressing client queries and issues effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of long-range account plans and relationship maps, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Play a key role in due diligence and vendor approval processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks within required timelines.
  • Presentation development: prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly client calls.
  • Client research and analysis: gather insights on client behavior, preferences, and pain points to inform business strategies.
  • Foster knowledge sharing across the organization, maintaining SharePoint Groups relative to the Client Solutions Team.

Requirements

  • Graduate/post-graduate degree in marketing, sales, or operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US mortgage industry.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional work ethic, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary Estimate

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
