Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for workspace sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and channel partners
• Identify and pursue business opportunities in the enterprise workspace sector
• Collaborate with clients to explore additional space solutions and services
• Lead efforts to renew existing workspace contracts and expand client accounts
• Oversee deal negotiations, including agreements, addendums, and legal documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields
• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise or workspace sales, with a background in IPC or channel partnerships and civil project management
• Proven track record in business development, client renewals, and strategic sales in the workspace sector
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience overseeing civil projects, including planning and execution
• Ability to manage complex deals and multitask effectively

Salary: ₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
