We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Product Strategist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in defining and executing product roadmaps aligned with our company's business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather insights and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Foster clear communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Define KPIs for product success and use data-driven insights to measure performance and iterate on the product.
- Report regularly to leadership on product progress, milestones, and results.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B software. Proven track records of working with enterprise customers and delivering SaaS solutions are essential. Strong understanding of the B2B market, especially in enterprise technology, is also required. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
