Job Description:

Newton School is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire B2B sales team. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key enterprise clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team to achieve and exceed team sales targets.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture through continuous training, development, and motivation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Strategic Planning and Market Research:
  • Identify key players in the IT industry through extensive market research aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, tracking sales goals and reporting when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
  • SUCCESSFULLY CREATE BUSINESS FROM NEW AND EXISTING CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS.
  • MANAGE COMPLEX NEGOTIATIONS WITH SENIOR-LEVEL EXECUTIVES AND POLICYMAKERS, BUILDING RAPPORT AND ESTABLISHING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CORPORATE CLIENTS.
Business Development and Networking:
  • PROMOTE THE ORGANIZATION IN VARIOUS FORUMS BY NETWORKING IN THE INDUSTRY.
  • CREATE AND MAINTAIN A WIDE NETWORKING BASE ACROSS MNCs FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
  • PROVIDE THOUGHT LEADERSHIP AROUND PLANNING, ROADMAPS, AND WORK CLOSELY WITH THE MARKETING TEAM TO DEVELOP AND EXECUTE EFFECTIVE LEAD GENERATION CAMPAIGNS.
