Enterprise Sales Leader for Large Accounts

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our enterprise sales efforts for large accounts. As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the enterprise market segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with senior-level executives in large enterprises.
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet the needs of each target account.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track key performance indicators to ensure attainment of assigned quotas.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Minimum 8+ years of sales experience selling service outsourcing/HCM solutions/related software solutions to senior-level executives.
- Demonstrated consistent over-plan performance and good tenure.
- Solution selling experience to SME clients.
- Knowledge of HR tech products and industry trends.
- Experience in selling SaaS products.
- Strong soft skills, including communication, presentation, listening, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Proven sales track record.
- Ability to connect and engage with CEOs/CXOs.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
