Job Overview: Drive revenue growth as an Enterprise Sales Executive, responsible for full-cycle sales of large-ticket SaaS deals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new leads, engage C-suite and business line owners, negotiate contracts, and close new and renewal business with customers.
  • Provide recommendations based on customer needs and usage patterns.
  • Handle inbound customer communication, organizing/escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic adoption plans for customers.
  • Educate customers on Skit's value proposition.
  • Collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across product areas.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in closing full-cycle large-ticket SaaS deals (> $100K ARR).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the North American region (> $100K ARR; recent experience preferred).
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with internal teams.
  • Expert storytelling skills, effective relationships with senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Understanding of Customer Experience platforms (preferred).

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. Based in Bangalore, India.
